North Shore Dementia Support Group
Dees Group provides assistance for those living with dementia on the North Shore.
In summary, this is a once a week social group that runs from 10am until 2pm every Thursday.
The programme includes : socialising, Seated exercises, playing indoor bowls, board games, taking part in quizzes and sing alongs.
Numbers are limited but currently we have vacancies.
